Customer service is useless Spent all talk time asking for clear clarification Emptied my phone balance but no clear solution has been given Ended up wasting whole day waiting for customer service to respond Its been three business days but no useful conversation Do we have to keep calling again to say the same thing again and again and waste our time The reference number is so useless, what is the use of it if you people are going to ask the same thing time and again. Total disappointment

The app after new facial and ID recognition ,when im trying to update this the app is switching off when its time to take the facial picture. Tried updating and switching off / on but the same thing keeps happening .

wrong commitment will open account in 1 day i tried to help my friend open business account its been 4 days so far no update or call or sms regarding his application status .He visited directely to the bank there also not responding properly.
